How does this work?
After you purchase a condo through the website, a guest certificate will be created with Wyndham and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. At that point you would be able to call and confirm the room is in your name.
When you check in all you need is your driver's license. They also require you to put a credit card on file to be able to charge to the room. They run $100 authorization against the card. If nothing gets charged to the room, nothing is charged to the card and the authorization will fall off.
How do I know this isn't a scam?
All payments are processed through a credit card or by PayPal directly, so you get their purchase protection.

Are water park passes included?
Yes, you can receive as many wristbands as your condo sleeps.
Example: a two bedroom deluxe can sleep 8 people and you will receive up to 8 wristbands.
What are check in and check out times?
Check in time starts at 11:00 AM but your room will not be available until 4:00 PM. There are locker rooms in each water park that you can use to change clothes. Check out time is 10:00 AM but you have access to the amenities of the resort for the remainder of that day.
Do I have to walk outside to get to the water parks?
To get to three of the four indoor water parks, you do not need to go outside. There is a sky walk that connects the building you will be staying in to the water parks. There is also a shuttle bus that you can take. Shuttles pick up from each entrance and drop off at the various water parks and are included free of charge.
The fourth water park is located at Wilderness on the Lake, a short drive or shuttle ride away.
Where do I check in?
Glacier Canyon Lodge is located at 45 Hillman Rd Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965. Upon arrival, you will need to walk to the left side of the Glacier Canyon lobby to check in. There will be blue signs saying Wyndham Vacation Resorts.
The right hand side of the lobby is the Wilderness Hotel check in. If you go to that side, they will have no record of your visit. Even though you have access to the same amenities as the hotel guests, the two reservation systems are separate and they will not be able to check you in.
Is it a fully equipped kitchen?
Each kitchen contains a full size microwave, oven/stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is also a blender, toaster, coffeemaker, various cooking and eating utensils, mixing bowls, pots and pans, dishes and glassware. The front desk also has additional cooking equipment should there be something else that you need.
Liquid dish soap and some dishwasher detergent is included.
What else is in the condo?
Each unit has a balcony or patio with seating and a table. There is also a clothes washer and dryer (a few soap packets are included). A jetted tub in the master bedroom and a DVD player in the living room are a few of the other amenities that you can enjoy.
Can I cancel, change or modify my reservation?
The reservation is non-refundable. If you need to cancel for whatever reason, please contact us we will try and remarket the reservation. We will give you the money back if we are able to resell it for minus $150 for the guest certificate and remarketing.
To change a reservation for the same dates to a different room size, would be the cost difference between the rooms and the $125 for the guest certificate if it has been issued.
It is not possible to only book a portion of any room listed. All nights must be purchased with the room. These rooms are already booked and can't be modified before purchase.
Am I required to do a timeshare tour with the room?
Because you are staying as a guest of an owner, no timeshare tour is required. If you are interested in finding more about Wyndham's timeshare system, you are more than welcome to take a tour but in no way are you obligated to do so.
